The City Of Järvenpää (Client) Acquires And Constructs Juholanmäkis Sports Facilities And The Renovation Of The Parking Area. As Part Of The Contract, The Areas Light Traffic Routes Will Also Be Improved And The Areas Lighting Will Be Improved. Mestaritoiminta Oy Acts As The Clients Representative In The Project And Is Responsible For The Implementation Of The Procurement And Construction Tasks Of The Project As Authorized By The City Of Järvenpää. Work On The Site Can Start Tentatively In August-September 2024 After The Citys Decision-Making And Procurement Decision. The Completion Of The Work Will Be Agreed Separately. The Contract Schedule Will Be Specified Together With The Selected Contractor. The Clients Starting Point Is That The Contract Will Not Be Advanced During The Winter In Those Parts Where It Causes Additional Costs. Those Works That Can Be Promoted In The Winter Without Additional Costs Should Be Promoted. When Submitting A Bid, The Contractor Shall State The Total Contract Price Prepared In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Attached Documents, And Shall Attach A Preliminary General Schedule To His Bid.
