1. The Subject Of The Order Are Road Works On Roads With An Asphalt Surface, Consisting Of: 1) Performing A Single Surface Consolidation Over The Entire Width Of The Road Using A Quick-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Modified With Latex Class C 69 Bp3 Pu, And Stone Grit With A Fraction Of 2-5 Mm Along With The Necessary Cleaning Of The Road From Sand, Soil And Excess Grit, 2) Performing Double Surface Consolidation Over The Entire Width Of The Road Using A Quick-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Modified With Class C 69 Bp3 Pu Latex And Stone Grit: For The Bottom Layer With A Fraction Of 5-8 Mm A For The Upper Layer With A Fraction Of 2-5 Mm Along With The Necessary Cleaning Of The Road From Sand, Earth And Excess Grit, 3) Renovation Of The Road By Filling Gaps, Exfoliations And Raking, As Well As Defects In The Road Surface With Grit Surrounded By Fast-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Class C 65B3 Pu/ Rc Using A Patcher Type Overhaul, 4) Partial Overhaul Of The So-Called Patches Of Cracks In Bituminous Pavements By Local Application Of A Single Surface Fixation Using A Fast-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Modified With Class C 69 Bp3 Pu Latex And Stone Chips With A Fraction Of 2-5 Mm, To The Extent Described In Detail In The Items Of The Offer Cost Estimate Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.2. The Sections Of District Roads On Which Works Should Be Performed Will Be Specified By The Ordering Party In Partial Orders, Submitted To The Contractor Systematically According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Of Which The Ordering Party Will Submit The First Order On The Day Of Concluding The Contract.3. In Partial Orders, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Scope Of Works, The Place Of Performance Of These Works, Unit Prices Of Works, The Total Net And Gross Value Of Works And The Deadline For Completing The Partial Order. The Deadline For Completing A Partial Order Will Be Determined In Consultation With The Contractor And Cannot Be Longer Than The Deadline For Completing The Order Specified In Section Viii.4. The Remuneration For The Contractor Will Be Paid Once, In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 6 Of The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, After The Completion Of The Last Partial Order And The Protocol Acceptance Of The Works By The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantities (Proportions) Of Individual Works Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate. This Change Will Consist In The Possibility Of Increasing Or Reducing The Number Of Works Ordered During The Execution Of The Contract, Within The Value Of The Maximum Amount Specified In The Contract That May Be Spent On The Implementation Of The Contract In Question. The Above Changes Cannot Cause Changes In Unit Prices Or Exceed The Contract Value (Gross). The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Limit
