Dismantling And Demolition Works,2.3. New Floors On The Ground, 2.4. Partition Walls,2.5. Waterproofing Walls And Floors, 2.6. Lintels,2.7. Installation Of Windows, Doors And Skylights, 2.8. Sanitary Installation Works Including Installation Of Equipment, 2.9. Electrical Installation Works With Accessories, 2.10. Floors, 2/11. Wall And Floor Coverings,2.12. Suspended Ceilings,2.13. The Total Share Of Electric Or Natural Gas Vehicles Used To Complete The Order Will Be At Least 10%.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract - Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code - Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of The Order: - Organization Of The Construction Site, - Dismantling And Demolition Works, - Insulation Works, - Plastering Works, - Flooring Works, - Painting Works, - Cladding Works, - Window And Door Joinery Works, - Electrical Installation Works, - Sanitary Installation Works, - Assembly Works, - Land Clearing Works.6. For The Execution Of The Order Entitled Renovation And Reconstruction Of Toilets In The Building Of The Museum In Łowicz The Łowicz County Received A Preliminary Promise Of Investment Co-Financing From The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments No. Rpoz/2022/8351/Polskilad.7. The Ordering Party Requires, Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer, That The Contractor Provide A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order And A Minimum 36-Month Warranty, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.8. Order Completion Date 8.1. The Contractor Will Complete The Entire Order Within 540 Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract.8.2. The Contractor Will Prepare Design Documentation And Obtain, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Decisions, Permit Arrangements And Consents Necessary To Commence Construction Works, In Particular The Final Decision On The Construction Permit, Within 270 Days Of Concluding The Contract.
