The Norwegian Water And Wastewater Agency (Vav) Needs To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Aluminum Coagulant To Remove Phosphorus In Large Quantities Of Water To The Plant, As Well As To Remove Unwanted Microorganisms In The Biological Part Of The Plant If Necessary. The Need For Coagulant Varies Greatly From Year To Year Depending On The Annual Rainfall. It Is Estimated That The Average Need Will Be 500 Tonnes Per Year.
