At This Stage, Funding Is In Place To Action The Required Works On Blocks G5 And K. The Opportunity May Extend To Block E In The Future, But At This Stage The Required Funding Is Not In Place. The Contract Will Also Incorporate Structural Strengthening Works To The Original Gymnasium Building. This Work Has Defined Moe Funding And Needs To Be Costed Separately. With Wellington City Council Operating From The Facility, Tenderers Will Be Required To Provide Methodology Around How Sports Programmes Could Be Maintain And Continue To Operate.
