Design And Construction Of The Skarabakken Activity Centre . Sandnes Eiendom (Se) Invites A Competition For The Design And Construction Of The Skarabakken Activity Centre. The Project Includes The Construction Of A New Activity Center In Skarabakken To Replace The Current Vågsgjerd Activity Center Which The Client Currently Rents. The Activity Center Is A Day Service For People With Disabilities. The New Building Has 3 Floors Including A Partial Basement. The Total Area Is Approx. Bra 3,333 M2, And Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Passive House Standard Ns 3701 With Energy Class A Light Green. The Project Must Be Carried Out As A Developer-Developed Turnkey Contract In Accordance With To Ns 8407, With Sketch/Preliminary Project Carried Out By Ark, Rib, Riv, Rie, Rieaut, Ribr, Riaku, Rien, Rim, Riva And Lark. Start-Up For The Project Is Planned For 14 October 2024. The Contractor Must Have The Capacity To Complete The Contract Item By 3 June 2026 At The Latest (Deadline).
