The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of An X-Ray Machine Along With Adaptation Works As Part Of The Task Modernization And Retrofitting Of The Emergency Department And The X-Ray Laboratory, Additional Equipment Of Diagnostic Laboratories Cooperating With The Emergency Department In Spzoz Lubaczów.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of Brand New (Year Of Production: Not Older Than 2022), Originating From Current Production And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding Use Necessary To Carry Out A Proper Operation Test, Originating From Official Distribution Channels Manufacturer, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Warranty Rights Of The Devices To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including Their Transport, Bringing In And Assembly (If Applicable) And Setting Up In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 2) Delivery Of The Required Operating Instructions In The Language Along With The Order Polish (If Applicable), 3) Providing Technical And Operational Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order, 4) Providing Along With The Order Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturer, As Well As All Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. Necessary For The Proper Operation (If They Are Required For Proper Operation Of The Product), 5) Cleaning The Rooms After Assembly And The Arrangement And Installation Of Devices, 6) Conducting Training In The Operation Of Devices For Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party (Applies To Delivered Elements For Which Such A Need Is Provided For In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order), 7) Transport Costs And Insurance Of The Delivered Device Is Borne By The Contractor, 8) All Electrical Components Of The Offered Devices Must Meet The Polish Power Supply Standard, 9) The Contractor Will Be Liable To The Ordering Party For Being Authorized To Place On The Market The Software Installed In The Offered Devices And For The Fact That The Ordering Party, As A Result Of Concluding The Contract, Will Be Authorized To Use, As Part Of Normal Use, All Software Provided With The Offered Equipment, 10) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Order, Including Its Course And Timely Execution, Quality, Compliance With Technical And Quality Conditions And Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard ,11) Carrying Out Adaptation Works.3.
