Request for proposals are invited for IP2 MEAL Focal Point and IP2 Project Manager to Produce a High-Quality, Well-Structured Progress Reports and Project Completion Report that Meets Donor Requirements Interested service providers or private companies are invited to submit expressions of interest providing the following: 1. Technical proposal outlining methodology and schedule to complete this assignment 2. Detail Curriculum Vitae 3. Project report samples or writing samples from previous works are similar to this consultancy The total budget is a maximum of USD 7000. The budget is inclusive of: Oxfam will be responsible for 15% withholding tax for resident taxpayers or 14% withholding tax for nonresident taxpayers to the Cambodian Government from the respective net fee. The consultancy is expected to be completed over the period of August 2024 to April 2025. The consultant is expected to deliver the following outputs: Consultant Qualifications o Proven experience in report writing and editing, particularly for development projects. o Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation principles and result based reporting o Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and accuracy. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. o Experience working with donors and development agencies is preferred.
