Tenders are invited for Consultant to Conduct Project End Evaluation Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Assess overall results project, identify achievements challenges. 2. Assess strategies for future replication 3. Identify outline lessons learned similar future. 4. Identify successful elements components that can replicated similar contexts. 5. Identify elements that ensure sustainability/continuity projects results. 6. Give insights/advice possible exit strategy project. Requirements for evaluators/bidders o Has many years of work experience as an expert with impact assessment and participatory methodology as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the international evaluation standards and instruments and a good knowledge of the BMZ evaluation guidelines. o Proven experience with evaluations in the field of child rights, education, climate change and agriculture. o Experience conducting evaluations and research using a mixed methods/participatory/child sensitive approach. o Expertise in child rights, WASH, child protection, poverty reduction, and community development.
