Expression of Interest For Consultant Responsible For Carrying Out Studies And Monitoring The Works And The Co-Operation Period Of The Step

Expression of Interest are invited for Consultant Responsible for Carrying Out Studies and Monitoring the Works and the Co-Operation Period of the STEP The Republic of Guinea has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank to cover the cost of the Conakry Wastewater Treatment Plant Modernization and Extension Project and intends to use part of the funds granted to finance consultancy services. The services include : (i) studies to update the Detailed Preliminary Design (APD) of the WWTP as well as the update of the environmental and social impact study and establishment of calls for tenders for the upgrading of the Conakry wastewater treatment plant, (ii) the establishment of APD studies and tender documents relating to the renewal of seven (07) wastewater pumping stations and wastewater supply pipes from the Municipalities of Kaloum, Matam and Dixinn. (iii) the control and monitoring of the work to upgrade and renew the liquid sanitation infrastructure, monitoring the application of the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) and monitoring the co-operation phase of the WWTP. The consultant will also assist the Project Management Unit (PMU), with the support of ONEE, in the analysis and analysis of offers for the selection of companies and in the certification of payment requests. The duration of the work and the co-operation of the works is five (05 years) and the planned date for the start of the work is scheduled for the end of 2024.
