Quotation Are Invited For Vector Control Service

Quotation are invited for Provision and Implementation of Vector Control Service in Al-Hol and Roj Camps - North-East Syria 1. Payments will be made as bank transfer or if the Offeror doesnt have a bank account the payment will be made as Hawala (Hawala is for Syrian vendors only), in both cases all banking/hawala fees will be paid by Our organization. 2. Any Items (Goods or Materials) to be proposed shall not be manufactured or produced by any restricted country (Iran, Libya, Cuba and North Korea). 3. Cleaning the site after completing all implemented activities and removing the debris to the identified location by the local authority. 4. Our organization is not bound to contract with one company and can split the award between one or more companies. 5. All the works must be implementing according to the Scope of Work attached. 6. Our organization is not responsible for fluctuations in the prices of any items in the local and international markets during the contract period and the Offeror is obliged to the proposed price according to the contract and until the end of the contract period between the parties. 7. This tender is not a commitment for purchasing. 8. The date of commencement starts from the site hand over date. 9. A certificate of registration or all contracts for similar and previous business. 10. The Offeror shall be responsible for all the expenses of the loading, offloading and implementing at the mentioned places according to attached Financial Offer.
