Exhibition, Fair And Congress Organization Services – Implementation Of A Dynamic Purchase System To Ensure Pro-Export Events Within The Framework Of The Incoming Mission Program To Support The Development Of Trade Relations Of The Czech Republic With Foreign Countries. 2.1 Subject Of The Public Contract The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Pro-Export Events Within The Framework Of The Incoming Mission Program To Support The Development Of Trade Relations Of The Czech Republic With Foreign Countries. Incoming Mission Means A Visit Of Representatives Of Foreign Institutions And/Or Important Or Perspective Companies In The Field, Foreign Experts Or Professional Journalists To The Czech Republic, Which Takes Place, For Example, On The Occasion Of A Trade Fair Or Other Important Domestic Presentation Event (Seminar, Conference, Workshop, Etc.), Possibly A Separate Visit With A Work Program, For Example In The Format Of A Tour Of Czech Companies. For The Purposes Of The Program, The Definition Also Includes Longer Educational Visits, Possibly Even Two-Way Interactions, The Goal Of Which Is So-Called Twinning. The Program Is Governed By The Terms And Conditions, Which Form Appendix No. 2 And Contain, Among Other Things, Instructions For Implementing Companies. 2.2 Other Specifications Of The Subject Of The Contract Planned Types Of Performance: - Transport To The Czech Republic And Back (Participants And Any Accompanying Persons), - Transport In The Czech Republic (Participants And Any Accompanying Persons), - Accommodation (Participants And Any Accompanying Persons), - Interpretation And Translations, - Space Rental , - Technical Implementation And Equipment (Av Technology, Furniture, Construction Of Stands, Etc.), - Tickets To The Fair/Conference/Seminar, - Marketing, Promotion, Printing And Related Services, - Hostesses And Other Support Staff, - Services Of Trainers/Experts Incl. Royalties, - Hospitality At Meetings, Social And Networking Events, - Organizational And Coordination Activities Of The Implementer, - Other Items Of A Logistical, Technical, Production Or Marketing Nature Relevant To The Implementation Of A Specific Incoming Mission, More Precisely Specified In The Entry Of The Relevant Call For Tenders.
