The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase (Delivery) Of A Brand New Waste Compactor, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2024, For The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Main Purpose Of The Machine: Operation Of A Municipal Plant, Thickening Waste At A Municipal Waste Landfill Site Other Than Hazardous And Neutral. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Ready For Operation, Have All The Certificates Required By Law, Certificates Authorizing Trade And Use And Comply With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. It Must Comply With Generally Applicable Standards And Norms Adopted For This Type Of Devices, Be Approved For Marketing And Use In Poland And The Eu, And Meet The Requirements Of Swz. The Delivered Compactor Should Be Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects. The Compactor Cannot Be A Prototype (By Prototype The Ordering Party Means: A Strict Reproduction Of The Designed Product In Accordance With The Documentation, Serving As An Experimental Pattern, Reproducing The Full Functional Range Of The Product In Order To Verify The Correctness Of Theoretical Developments For A Given Structure) Or A Test Compactor And Must Come From Serial Production (Minimum 2 Pcs.). The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Delivery Of A Complete Compactor With The Required Accessories To The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Płoszów (Ul. Jeżynowa 40, 97-500 Płoszów), - Services Related To The Delivery, In Particular: ▪ Assembly Of The Machine With Its Commissioning (The Contractor Will Launch The Equipment And Deliver It Fully Operational And Ready For Use), ▪ Carrying Out Operational Tests And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Compactor At The Waste Landfill Site, The Contractor Is Additionally Responsible For: A) Training The Employers Staff In The Operation And Operation Of The Compactor, B) Warranty Service At The Place Of Use Of The Compactor, I.E. At The Delivery Address, With The Costs Of Obligatory Warranty Services Being Borne By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
