One Overall Offer Is Submitted, Whereby The Offer Sum Is Subsequently Distributed With The Following Percentage Distribution: Fab Turnkey Contract: 78% Sk Turnkey Contract: 22%. Thus, It Is Not Possible To Submit An Offer For Only One Of The Turnkey Contracts Separately. The Turnkey Contracts Are Tendered In Accordance With The Tender Procedure, Tender With Negotiation, In Accordance With §§ 61-66 Of Act No. 1564 Of 15 December 2015 As Amended (Hereinafter The Tender Act). The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Produce Proposals For The Projects Price, Quality, Process And Tenderers Organization Based On The Requirements Of The Tender Material And Within The Framework Of Public Housing.
