Tenders are invited for Detailed Engineering design of all the project components from water to wire, supply, construction, erection/installation, testing and commissioning of all Civil Structures and Electro-Mechanical Equipment of the Power Plant. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased on submission of a written application to the Project Director and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands Only) along with delivery charges of PKR 5000/- for local delivery and/or PKR 25000/- for overseas delivery, before the deadline for submission of bids All Technical Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to PKR. 40,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Forty Millions Only) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in the form of bank guarantee on bid security form or in the form of call deposit from a foreign bank duly counter guaranteed by a scheduled bank of Pakistan, valid for a period of not less than 180 days after the date of bid submission in favour of the Employer.
