The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Two Separate Items As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Joining Of New Users With Reconstruction And Construction Of Aerial And Cable Networks Of Medium And Low Voltage And Electrical Equipment Of Transformer Substations, Moving To The Property Boundary The Measurement Of Users With Difficult Access Or Upon Application In The Territory Of Petrich Region And Sandanski Region. Separate Position No. 2: Joining Of New Users With Reconstruction And Construction Of Aerial And Cable Networks Of Medium And Low Voltage And Electrical Equipment Of Transformer Substations, Moving To The Property Boundary The Metering Of Users With Difficult Access Or On Request In The Territory Of The Lovech Region And The Vratsa Region. Each Candidate/Participant Can Participate For All Designated Positions (One Or More Designated Positions, Up To The Maximum Number Of Designated Positions For The Subject Of The Order) Provided That It Meets The Requirements Of The Ppa, The Rules For The Implementation Of The Ppa And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Including The Selection Criteria Specified In The Notice And Documentation. The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Individual Positions That Can Be Assigned To The Same Contractor. The Execution Of All Individual Items Will Begin Simultaneously And A Contractor Who Has Entered Into A Contract For More Than One Item Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Personnel And Equipment For All Concluded Contracts. The Criterion For Awarding The Current Public Procurement When Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Lowest Price.
