Tenders are invited for Individual and Group Support, Wellbeing and Psychosocial Support for Masarouna Youth West Bank and Gaz The consultant will be working closely with 20 Masarouna youth advisory and youth intern from Gaza and West Bank. - Counselling service to youth for individual and group sessions. - Assessment of youths current well-being based on initial workshop, consultations, and survey. - Provide feedback reports semiannually based on the assessment. - Develop training based on the assessment results to build the youth in terms of PSS techniques or tools, Psychological First Aid (PFA) and stress-management and more. - West Bank and Gaza in person and online consultation - Provide work plan evaluation and planning for extension based on need. - Provide psychosocial services fit to the need of the individual and group (combination of therapy methodologies to be used to for the needs of the individual based on the assessment). - Regular evaluations to assess progress and participant feedback forms The psychosocial service provider will conduct workshops on mental health and wellbeing based on the changing situation that is worsening in Palestine. Offering the youth the appropriate support and care individually and in a supportive group therapy session.
