dynamic Procurement Scheme For Ship Technology Services . Defense Materiel Creates The Procurement Scheme On Behalf Of Fd And Its Subordinate Agencies. The Fds Subordinate Agencies Are Currently The Following: Defense Construction Defense Material Defense Research Institute In Addition, The Agreement Is Entered Into On Behalf Of The National Security Agency. The Contracting Authority Can Transfer Contracts Entered Into Under The Procurement Scheme To The Norwegian Armed Forces. In The Event Of Such A Transfer, The Norwegian Armed Forces Will Enter Into All Rights And Obligations Under The Contract. It Is Expected That It Will Mainly Be The Ship Technology Department In Defense Materiel With Underlying Sections That Will Be The Largest User Of The Scheme.
