Modular And Portable Buildings – Rental Container Facility For Asylum Accommodation. The City Of Xanten, Represented By The Stadt Xanten Service Company, Is Planning To Rent Modular Container Systems To Accommodate Asylum Seekers. For This Purpose, The Rental Of A Turnkey Container Facility Is Planned For Use And Operation, Including All Planning, Rental And Dismantling. The Construction Of The System Is For A Fixed Rental Period Of 36 Months With An Option To Extend It To 72 Months. The Facility Is To Be Built For 40 To 60 People And Should Be Ready For Occupancy By The Fourth Quarter Of 2024
