The Current Maintenance Contract For The “Procli” Application (Customer Application In Sap-Isu) Expires On 12/31/2024. The Objective Of This Market Is To Find A Service Provider To Support The “Procli” Application. Support For Other Sap Modules Is A Market Option. The “Procli” Application Is An Application Developed In Sap Ehp7 Supporting: • Social And X Supplier Processes (Switching, Billing And Collection), • Public Service Obligation Processes (Ilc, Iua, Isa, Cle). This Contract Is Awarded In The Form Of A Framework Agreement. “Framework Agreement” Should Be Understood When The Term “Market” Is Used. The Contract Consists Of Carrying Out Corrective And Evolutionary Maintenance Of The Application. The Following Elements Are Within The Scope: • 2Nd Line And 3Rd Line Support On All Functionalities Supporting The Processes Mentioned Above. • Evolving Demands On The “Procli” Scope. The Following Elements Are Outside The Scope: • Basis Component Support, • Management Of Rights And Authorizations, • Infrastructure Support. Optionally: • Additional Resources Could Be Requested For The Delivery Of Projects Within The “Procli” Scope. • Resources With Skills In Other Sap Modules (Sap Cs, Sd, Ewm, Pm, Fi, Etc.). The Maximum Duration Of The Contract Is 6 Years (3 Years With Possible Express Renewals Of 3*1 Year).
