Quotation are invited for Walkway Repair and Resurfacing This RFQ does not commit the U.S. Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it. Prospective bidders are invited to attend a site visit at the U.S. Embassy on July 3, 2024. The purpose of the site visit will be to clarify service specifications and potential obstacles. If interested, please provide the full name of the individual attending, along with your company name to [email protected] no later than July 2, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Final proposals must be sent electronically to the Contracting Officer at [email protected] only. * Do not include any other email addresses in the To or Cc lines. * Quotations are due by July 11, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. The Contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services required under this purchase order for the following firm fixed price and within the time specified. This price shall include all labor, materials, insurances, overhead, and profit. The Contractor shall be required to: (a) commence work under this contract within five calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed. (b) prosecute the work diligently, and, (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 60 business days. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises.
