Expression of Interest are invited for Consultants for Organisational Restructuring Specific Restructuring Objectives The specific objectives for the restructuring assignment are: a. To conduct a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the current organizational structure, operational processes and policies. Identify and define areas of inefficiencies, gaps and recommendations for improved service delivery. b. To identify all of the resources (financial and human) necessary to conduct all of the Commissions business processes in the future; including administrative capacity, political and operational leverage to carry the Commission through its desired transformation c. To achieve efficiency, accountability and transparency in the Commissions operations. d. To identify the activities or projects which the Commission can implement in order to improve its revenue base. e. To ensure that a proper job grading system is in place.
