The documents are well organized and kept. However, the documents are deteriorating at a faster rate due to its age and the handling. The ministry felt a need to preserve these critical historical documents. And looking for a company for the best a solution 1. Documents ranging between A4 and A3 are securely stored within ring binders and folders with case numbers as reference. 2. Municipality needs the documents by digitizing them to a suitable format with keywords to search and retrieve them later. 3. The documents need to be searched from LAC system linked to GIS built on Oracle technologies.
