Survey, Investigation, Flood Modelling, Detailed Design And Community Engagement Management Of A Road Raising Solution Within The Merimbula Township As They Adjoin The Merimbula Lake. The Detailed Design Is Required To Quantify Not Only The Required Solution, But The Feasibility And Costs Associated With Each Prior To Proceeding To A Construction Phase. The Detailed Documentation Will Assist Project Planning And Provide The Necessary Information To Develop A Business Case In Seeking External Grant Funding To Implement. The Project Has Been Identified As Part Of Council’S Adopted Merimbula Lake And Back Lake Floodplain Risk Management Plan.The Additional Purposes Of The Services Subject To Available Grant Funds Are The Completion And Supply Of Survey, Investigation, Flood Modelling, Detailed Design And Community Engagement Management Of A Drainage Solution Along Ocean Drive Such That It Is Integrated With A Road Raising Solution To Be Developed For Fishpen Road, Merimbula Separate To The Initial Package Of Work Required. The Detailed Design Are Required To Quantify Not Only The Required Solution But The Feasibility And Costs Associated With Each Prior To Proceeding To A Construction Phase. The Detailed Documentation Will Assist Project Planning And Provide The Necessary Information To Develop A ‘Shovel Ready’ Business Case In Seeking External Grant Funding To Implement As Required.
