Technical Assistance Services – Ph-Cs-02 Technical Assistance For The Management And Supervision Of Works Contracts Within The Regional Project For The Development Of Water And Wastewater Infrastructure In Prahova County In The Period 2014-2020. The Contract Includes Technical Assistance Services For The Management Of The Regional Project For The Development Of The Water And Wastewater Infrastructure In Prahova County And Services For The Supervision Of The Construction Works For The Realization Of The Infrastructure Related To The Implementation Of The Project. Thus, Technical Assistance Services Include The Following: Activity A – Technical Assistance For Project Management A.1 – Assistance Provided To Ipu In The Approval, Authorization And Contracting Process (Works Contracts, Service Contracts And Supply Contracts) A.2 – Technical Assistance Provided To Ipu For The Management Of The Project A.3 - Development Of The Gis System For Water And Waste Water Systems A.4 - Evaluation And Updating Of The Hydraulic Modeling System A.5 - Evaluation And Development Of The System For Detecting Water Losses From Distribution Networks And Reducing Infiltrations In The Sewerage Networks A.6 – Ensuring The Technical Assistance Of The Designer During The Performance Of The Execution Type Works Contracts A.7 – Updating The Regional Master Plan And The General Estimate Of The Project Activity B – Ensuring The Publicity Of The Project And Informing The Population Activity C – Supervision Of The Execution Investments Foreseen By The Project C.1 – Pre-Construction Phase Supervision Activities C.2 – Construction Phase Supervision Activities C.3 – Post-Construction Supervision Activities
