The Project Consists Of: •Building A New Real Estate Complex, The “Headquarters Of Carsat Sud-Est”, Consisting Of: Oa New Building With Approximately 11,000M² Of Floor Space, Oa Development Of 330 Desired Parking Spaces (To Be Confirmed According To Plui Constraints) , Including 56 Existing Spaces For The Doria Parking Lot, Oof The Heavily Rehabilitated Chave Building (Part Of The Work To Be Fully Integrated And Functionally Connected To The New Project), Including Possible Extension, Oof The Doria Parking Lot And Its Entrance Which We Plan To Keep (With Redesign Of Service, Interior Adaptation Work And Overall Consistency With The Project), Oof The Sidi Brahim Building Which Will Be Subject To A Mainly Energy Renovation, •Build This New Headquarters Within Plots Already Controlled By Carsat In The Heart Of Its Historic Site. A Land Division Will Intervene, In Order To Sell The George And Verdun Buildings At The End Of The Transfer (Outside The Framework Of The Construction Project), • These Objectives Involve: O The Demolition Of The Old Sakakini Building (R+2), O The Complete Asbestos Removal Of The Buildings To Be Deconstructed And The Chave Building, Othe Development Of Land After Division Of Plot 820 C 207 And The Integration Of Plot 820 C 057 Acquired In 2022) Including The Redevelopment Of Rue De Verdun (Private Road Owned By Carsat Sud-Est), Ole Transfer Of The Services And Retirement Agency (Erp) Of Carsat Sud Est To This New Real Estate Complex.
