This Framework Agreement And The Services Comprising It As Well As The Subsequent Contracts Which Will Be Attached To It, Are Intended In Particular To Ensure: • Assistance To The Idfm Teams In The Management And General Coordination, In The Organization, In The Installation Of Tools Project, The Establishment Of Administrative, Contractual And Financial Elements Linked To The Traveler Information Application Program, The Management Of The Customer Relations Center (Crc) • Project Management Assistance Services, Framing, Writing, Designs (Including Ux/Ui Work), Implementation, Support, Expertise And Training, Marketing, Communication, Which Are Linked To The Traveler Information Application Program; • Functional Assistance And The Quality Of Passenger Information, And In Particular Administration, Functional Supervision, Monitoring, Quality Management, Authorizations And Associated Support Levels, As Well As Study, Expertise And Advice Services; • Services Relating To Science And Data Analysis, In Particular The Collection, Consolidation, Analysis, Restitution And Quality Of Data; • Services Relating To The Technical And Functional Third-Party Application Recipe (Tra) Of The Traveler Information Application Program In Particular, Based On Needs Reported By The Ticketing Service; • Animation, Training And Communication Services From The Regional Mobility Platform On All Media And To All Stakeholders, Users And Partners Of Île-De-France Mobilités; • Support, Organization And Animation Services Regarding Subjects Linked To The Innovation Of The Traveler Information Application Program; • Expertise, A Duty Of Advice, Continuous Improvement And Support In The Integration Of Different Scopes, Different Supports As Well As Support In The Implementation Of Harmonized Procedures And Documentation Within Idfm. • Project Management Assistance Services In Marketing And Communication, Which Are Linked To The Passenger Information Application Program. The Expected Services And The Units Of Work, The Components, Objects Of The Framework Agreement And Its Subsequent Contracts, Are Detailed In The Cctp, Its Annexes And In The Ccp Or Cctp (And Their Annexes) Of Subsequent Contracts.
