Operation Of Water Supplies – Management Of The Drinking Water Service Delegation Of The Public Drinking Water Service Of The Community Of Communities Gulf Of Saint Tropez In The Form Of A Public Service Concession. The Gulf Of Saint-Tropez Community Of Communes Has Decided To Delegate The Operation Of The Public Drinking Water Service Throughout Its Territory. In This Context, The Delegatee Will Be Entrusted On An Exclusive Basis And At The Expense And Risks Of The Operator (Transfer Of The Risk Linked To The Operation Of The Service) The Management Of The Public Water Service Including Essentially: - The Relations Of The Service With Subscribers; - The Operation, Monitoring, Upkeep And Maintenance Of Service Installations; - Pipe Repair Work (Main Networks And Connections); - Renewals Of Installation Equipment (Rotating Equipment, Hydraulic Accessories, Electromechanical Equipment, Etc.), Meters, Connections And Pipes; - Strengthening The Sectorization Of Networks And The Deployment Of Remote Reading Throughout The Territory; - Keeping The Technical Inventory Of Fixed Assets Up To Date; - Providing The Community With Advice, Opinions And Warnings On All Questions Concerning The Smooth Running Of The Operation And Its Overall Quality. The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At 96 Months, Or 8 Years From January 1, 2026 (Or Its Notification Date If This Is Later) Until December 31, 2033
