Vocational Rehabilitation Services – Art (Hand)Work For The Swing Board. The Art (Hand) Work In The Flying Board Model Project Was Approved By The Rehapro Department For The Period From November 1St, 2024 To July 31St, 2027 With A Scope Of 2 Positions Of 30 Hours Per Week Each. 1. 30 Hours/Week: Occupational Therapy, Art Therapy, Design Therapist, Etc. 2. 30 Hours/Week: Occupational Therapy, Art Therapy, Design Therapist, Etc. (For More Information See Point 7 Of The Service Description) The Art (Hand) Work Becomes Depending On The Individual Needs Of The Participants, They Are Offered In The Second Project Phase. It Supports The Development Of Follow-Up Perspectives For Participants Who Have An Unclear Idea Of Their Own Skills, Interests And Talents Through Practical Testing. Participants Are Reported Via The Project Ifk (Including A Declaration Of Consent For Data Transfer). The Offers For Testing Different Skills Change Regularly And Are Based On The Needs Of The Participants. At Least 3 Offers Of 60-120 Minutes Each Are To Be Offered In Kunst(Hand)Werk Every Day, With A Minimum Of 15 Hours Of Offers Per Week. Depending On The Needs, The Offers Can Be Carried Out By One Force Or Both Together. If Needs Change, The Number And Duration Of The Units Must Be Adjusted. Group Offers Are To Be Offered In A Group Size Of Approx. 6 People. Participants Can Use The Offer Based On Their Needs (To Test Different Skills And To Train In Areas With Potential). Further Tasks (Included In The 30 Hours/Position): - Short Documentation For The External Assessment For The Participants In The Project Diary - Notification To The Integration Specialist That The Appointment Has Taken Place (In Compliance With Data Protection Regulations). - Preparation And Follow-Up Of Appointments If Necessary - Participation In Team Workshops (Approx. 2 Appointments Per Year) - Coordination With The Project Management (If Necessary) - Collaboration With The Staff Employed In The Offer - Initiation And Support Of Processes To Clarify And Improve Psychological Well-Being Situation Through Artistic Activities Such As Painting, Sculpting And Theater - Designing, Accompanying And Promoting Artistic-Creative Processes/Activities, E.G. Painting, Building And Designing Objects Made Of Wood, Concrete Or Clay For Acting Or Dancing. - Participation In Goal Planning And Support In Achieving The Participants Goals - Participation In The Coordination Of Internal Work Processes There Is Also An Obligation To Cooperate With The Program Evaluation. The Federal Ministry Of Labor And Social Affairs Has Commissioned The Working Group Headed By The Institute For Work And Qualification At The University Of Duisburg-Essen To Evaluate The Program. Accordingly, Statistics With The Necessary Data (E.G. Number Of Appointments, Number Of Participants) Must Be Provided To The Project Management In A Timely Manner Every Six Months For Reporting On The Program Evaluation.
