Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – Provision Of An Automated Workflow For Non-Invasive Prenatal Screening (Nipt Or Tpni) Using A Next Generation Sequencing (Ngs) Technique Against The Provision Of Reagents And Consumables. This Contract Includes:  The Provision Of An Automated Workflow (*) In Its Entirety Necessary For The Performance Of The Non-Invasive Prenatal Test (Nipt Or Nipt) For Trisomy 21 T21 (Down Syndrome) And Other Characteristics Genetics (Trisomy 13 T13 (Patau Syndrome), Trisomy 18 T18 (Edward Syndrome), Other Autosomal And Sex Chromosome Aneuploidies, Determination Of Fetal Sex) By Next Generation Sequencing Technique Next Generation Sequencing (Ngs) For Duration Of Contract, (*) Definition Of “Entire Automated Workflow”: All Required Automation, Equipment, Software, Reagents And Consumables, Such As (Non-Exhaustive List): Automated Liquid Handling System Automated Liquid Handler , Next Generation Next Generation Sequencing (Ngs) Sequencer, System Allowing Quantification Of Libraries And/Or Sample Pool, Required Centrifuges, Thermal Cycler Thermal Amplification Machine And/Or Any Other Small Equipment Possibly Required (Example: Bath Dry Heating, Magnetic Support, Etc.), As Well As All Reagents And Consumables (Compatible Tips - With Conductivity If Necessary, Plates, Films, Flowcells, Etc.) Necessary For Their Use Or For Carrying Out The Test, Quantified At Appendix B Price Inventory,  The Omnium Maintenance Contract For The Equipment Supplied (Included In The Price Submitted To The Inventory): The Contracting Authority Requires Optimal Overall Coverage Of All Equipment (Award Criterion ),  Associated Services (Installation, Configuration, Commissioning, User Training, Maintenance And Interventions, Software Updates – See § Iv.3). The Proposed Solution Must Make It Possible To Carry Out At Least 3,400 Tests / Year And Allow Activity Growth Of Up To 6,500 Tests Per Year (See Appendix H: Annual Rebate In Installments), Guaranteeing A Maximum Response Time Of 4 Working Days ( See § Iv.2.1) From The Date Of Receipt Of The Sample At The Laboratory, Regardless Of The Day Of Receipt Of The Sample. Any Reagent, Consumable, Or Material Essential To The Execution Of The Contract, Which Has Not Been Provided For In The Tenderers Offer, Will Be The Responsibility Of The Latter (With The Exception Of The Items Mentioned Below As Being Excluded From The Contract). The Contract Does Not Include:  Manual Pipettes And Their Tips,  Intermediate Aliquot Tubes For The Primary Sample After Initial Centrifugation,  Primary Streck Tubes Necessary To Carry Out The Number Of Tests Carried Out,  The Class Biological Hood 2 Laminar Flow,  Refrigerators And Freezers.
