Tenders are invited for Malawi Flooding 2024 Response Evaluation ShelterBox would like to invite competent firms or individuals to submit bids for an evaluation consultancy contract. The evaluation is planned for August/September 2024, and the total consultancy period is 28 Days. The consultancy will provide an impartial assessment of the ShelterBox and CARE Malawi 2024 response to flooding, serving the dual purpose of accountability and learning. It will employ quantitative and qualitative methods to assess both project process and outcome to better understand the extent to which objectives were achieved and emergency shelter was provided in a safe and accountable way to affected communities.
