1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Skate Park At Aleja Armii Krajowej. The Scope Of Works Includes Hardening The Area With A Concrete Surface, Delivery And Installation Of Skate Park Equipment And Small Architecture Elements. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Contractor, At His Own Expense And Effort, Acquires Places For Storage And Possible Disposal Of Demolition Materials. In The Cost Estimate Items Regarding The Export Of The Above-Mentioned Materials, The Actual Distance Of Export Should Be Taken Into Account, Based On The Information Obtained. It Is Not Required, But It Is Provided That The Contractor Can Visit The Site Before Submitting The Offer. Due To The Fact That The Order Includes Works In A Publicly Accessible Area, The Contractor May Carry Out A Site Visit On His Own. 2) The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Performing Specified Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, I.E. Performance Of Works In The General Construction Industry.3) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit A Declaration Before Signing The Contract That He Is Not Subject To Any Decision On Exclusion Or Temporary Suspension By The European Investment Bank (Eib). The Eib Exclusion Policy Is Available At Https://Www.Eib.Org/En/About/Accountability/Anti-Fraud/Exclusion/Index.Htm) The Employer Requires The Contractor To Immediately Inform The Employer Of Any True Accusation, Complaint Or Information In Relation To Crime Or Any Sanction Related To The Order. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Keep Books And Records Of All Financial Transactions And Expenses Related To The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right For Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (Bgk) And The European Investment Bank (Eib), In Connection With An Alleged Crime, To View The Contractors Register Book In Connection With The Order And To Make Copies Of Documents, Unless Prohibited By Law.
