The Subject Of The Order Is The Total Performance Of: A) Design Activities Performed On The Basis Of The Attached Technical And Design Documentation And Administrative Activities Consisting In The Action Of The Contractor To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Based On The Documentation Prepared As Part Of This Task, A Document Allowing The Construction Of The Facility In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Construction Law, B) Reconstruction Of A Service Building In The Field Of Education And Training (A Complex Of Buildings Of A Former Junior High School) Along With A Change In Their Use For Health Care Service Purposes (Social Welfare Home) As Part Of The Task Adaptation Of A Former Junior High School Building Into A Social Welfare Home In Jarosławice, Tuczępy Commune), On The Plot Registration Number 533/5, Precinct 0007 Jarosławice, Registration Unit 260107_2 Tuczępy, C) Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building, Aimed At Changing The Use Of The Service Building (Former School Complex - Junior High School) Into A Service Building In The Field Of Health Care (Social Welfare Home). In Order To Ensure Appropriate Communication, Evacuation And Living Conditions, Internal Reconstruction Of The Building Is Planned, Including The Demolition Of Partition Walls, Construction Of Carpet And Tile Floors, Construction Of New Partition Walls (Walls Must Have A Fire Resistance Class Of Ei30), Construction Of New Door Openings And Bricking Up The Existing Ones.
