The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Gymnasium In The Building Of The School Complex No. 1 In Milanówek At Ul. Piasta 14. The Main Building Of The School Has A Basement And Three Floors Above Ground. Its Space Contains Educational And Administrative Rooms Related To The Educational Function. The Gymnasium Is A Single-Story Building (Ground Floor) With A Partial Basement And Was Constructed In A Mixed-Frame Structure. The Building Has A Gable Roof With A Steel Structure In The Form Of Steel Lattice Trusses, Covered With Roofing Felt, And Finished With A Steel Plate From The Bottom. The Walls Are Made Of Brick, With A Thickness Of 45 Cm To 60 Cm, Finished With Paint Coatings And Wall Coverings In The Form Of Tiles. Investment Works Should Be Staged And Carried Out After Prior Arrangement In A Way That Does Not Disturb The Functioning Of The Remaining Part Of The School Building. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Works: − Dismantling Wooden Gymnastic Ladders In Order To Perform Renovation Works. Applies To All Ladders In The Gym. After The Renovation Works Are Completed, They Are Reassembled. Partial Repair Work On The Ladders Should Be Planned, Related To Their Reassembly In The Event Of Partial Damage; − Dismantling The Existing Wooden Parquet Floor With Skirting Boards And A Fiberboard In The Gymnasium Marked In The Drawing As Part 2; − Dismantling The Existing Hatch (Inspection) Cover In The Floor At The Gym. The Opening Is Intended For Concreting; − Dismantling Existing Windows With Electric Actuators; − Overlaying The Brickwork Within The Window Openings (Raising The Sill) By 10 Cm. The Overlay Should Be Made With A Block Of Aerated Concrete With A Wall Thickness Of Approximately 45 Cm; − Installation Of New Pvc Window Joinery With 230V Electric Actuators For Tilting The Sashes And A Complete Set Of Equipment; − Execution Of Sheet Metal Work (External Window Sills) Along With Thermal Insulation Made Of Styrofoam Thickness. 15 Cm And Flashings Made Of Thermally Weldable Felt Within The New External Window Sills After They Have Been Overbuilt By 10 Cm. − Installation Of Internal Window Sills Made Of Marble Conglomerate Thickness. 3 Cm After Replacing The Window Joinery; − Replacing The Existing Entrance Door To The Gymnasium With An Active Leaf Width Of Min. 100 Cm.
