The Order Includes The Basic Services Of The Aforementioned Services In The Following Service Phases: - Lph 1: Basic Determination - Lph 2: Preliminary Planning - Lph 3: Draft Planning - Lph 4: Approval Planning The Client Reserves The Right To Award The Following Services In Stages: - Lph 5: Implementation Planning - Lph 6: Preparation Of The Award - Lph 7: Participation In The Award - Lph 8: Property Monitoring - Construction Supervision And Documentation - Lph 9: Property Management. The Assignment Will Be Carried Out In Stages. The Subject Of The Current Negotiation Process Is The Commissioning Of Service Phases 1-4. There Is The Option Of Ordering Further Services From Service Phase 5 Onwards. The Contractor Has No Legal Right To The Transfer Of All Service Phases. Likewise, The Contractor Has No Legal Right To Continue The Order After Service Phases 1-4 Have Been Provided.
