Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation works for Central Bank of Somalia Interested eligible and qualified national Vendors and Contractors are invited to apply for the bid. Your return tender must be received no later than 7th July 2024, at 3:00 pm East African Time ("the Closing Date"). Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the tender being void. Returned bids must remain open for consideration for a period of not less than 30 days from the Closing Date. Special conditions of the work As this is rehabilitation work, the quantity of all work items is not perfectly quantifiable because the damaged surfaces are covered by a Gypsum board decor ceiling, makes it difficult to estimate the actual damages on the slab surface. As a result, the quantities predicted for Item 1 sub-items (1.1-1.6), Item 2 sub-items (2.1-2.2), and Item 3 sub-items (3.1-3.2) are based on the assumption that 60% of the slab surface is damaged. The final payment for the above items will be established after removing the Gypsum board from the slab ceiling by physically measuring the damaged sections as well as the surrounding weaker areas after knocking it down and removing Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions ("Conditions") provide the basis of the contract between the Vendor ("Vendor") and The Central Bank of Somalia (CBS) (the "Customer"), in relation to the purchase order ("Order") (the Order and the Conditions are together referred to as the "Contract").
