Tenders are invited for Provide the Training Services for Prevention of Sexual Harrasement, Exploitation and Abuse (Pshea) Policy Provide the Training Services for Prevention of Sexual Harrasement, Exploitation and Abuse (Pshea) Policy to All Sos Palestine Employees (around 60) in Bethlehem, West Bank in Arabic Development of the methodology and training material, based on the SOS PSHEA Policy document and UN standards e.g. the standards of conduct listed in section 3 of the ST/SGB/2003/13: Training materials: 1. Prepare interactive, engaging teaching materials ex. discussions, case study, activities 2. Draft training methodology and activity, based on the SOS PSHEA policy and UN standards, and submit to SOS for approval. 3. Include legal analysis in the training the incorporate material indicating legal concequences to PSHEA related violations. 3. Prepare a clear agenda, and pre and post questionnaires to measure the impact of the training. Conducting the training: 1. Selection of the training dates in coordination with SOS Palestine; 2.
