Delivery Of Medical Equipment Paid For By The Nhif In Accordance With Order No. 2 Of March 27, 2019 With Separate Items: Op1 Devices For Invasive And Non-Invasive Ventilation Op2 Apparatus For Assisted Expectoration Op3 Automatic Cipap Device Op4 Mobile Oxygen Concentrator Op5 Humidifier For Invasive Ventilators Op6 Automatic Vipap Device Separate Items 4, 5 And 6 Are Assigned In The Order Valid For Their Individual Value Based On Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop By Direct Assignment. The Estimated Value Of Separate Items 4, 5 And 6 Is Bgn 20,660.00 Without Vat And Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00, Nor Does It Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. The Medical Equipment Will Be Used For Home Treatment Of Children. The Quantity Of Devices Indicated In The Technical Specification For The Relevant Specific Item Is Approximate. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Entire Specified Quantity, Without Any Adverse Consequences Arising From This. The Delivery Of The Medical Devices By Type And/Or Number Is According To The Needs That Have Arisen And Will Be Carried Out After A Request From The Contracting Party For The Required Number Of Medical Devices. The Purchase Of The Devices Is Financed With Funds From The Nhif, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation No. 2 Of March 27, 2019 For Medical And Other Services Under Art. 82, Para. 1A And 3 Of The Law On Health And On The Terms And Conditions For Their Approval, Use And Payment To The Ministry Of Health.
