The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Electricity Collection Point And The Purchase Of Electricity Generated In The Res Installation, Together With The Commercial Balancing Service For A Period Of 24 Months.2. Additional Information:1) Current Tariff - B22.2) Estimated Demand For Electricity During The Contract Implementation Period Is 820 Mwh, Including Approx. 246 Mwh In The Peak Tariff, 574 Mwh In The Off-Peak Tariff.3) Distribution System Operator (Dso) - Enea Operator Sp. Z O. O.4) Power Of The Photovoltaic Installation Installed On The Facility - 80 Kwp.5) The Ordering Party Informs That The Energy Consumption Forecast Indicated Above Is Only An Approximate Amount Of Consumption, Which May Change During The Term Of The Contract In Relation To The Forecasts. Actual Energy Consumption Will Depend On Actual Needs, However, Regardless Of The Amount Of Consumption, The Contractor/Seller Is Obliged To Apply The Energy Prices Offered In The Tender In Each Case. The Contractor May Not Pursue Any Financial Claims (Compensations) From The Ordering Party In The Event Of Purchasing A Smaller Amount Of Electricity Than The Forecast Amount In The Subject Of The Order (Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Energy Consumed, Change Of The Tariff Group, Change Of The Ordered Power Or Technical Parameters Of The Ppe Energy Intake Point, Actual Consumption Energy).6) Two-Way Settlement Required, I.E. Settlement Of Both The Energy Generated By The Installation (Energy Fed Into The Network) And The Energy Consumed From The Distribution Network. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Repurchase Energy At A Price Determined Based On The Arithmetic Average Of All Fixing I Prices Quoted On The Day-Ahead Market Operated By The Polish Power Exchange In A Given Settlement Period (Pln/Mwh), And The Repurchase Costs Will Amount To A Maximum Of 20% Of This Price , And Balancing This Energy Generated In The Res Installation On The Basis Of A Separate Agreement Proposed By The Contractor And Accepted By The Ordering Party.
