Request For Proposalsscope Of Servicesthe City Of Surrey (The “City”) Invites Proponents To Provide Comprehensive Architectural And Building Envelope Engineering Design Services Including Construction Administration, Hand Over And Closeout For The Replacement Of Skylights At The Surrey Rcmp Main Detachment, Located At 14355 57 Avenue, Surrey, B.C., V3x 1A9.The Services Should Include But Not Be Limited To All Aspects Of:(A) Professional Building Envelope And Architectural Design And Review As Required For Scope Of Work;(B) The Need For Professional Structural, Mechanical, Electrical And Fire Protection Consulting Engineering Is Not Anticipated;(C) It Is Assumed Skylight And Glazing Supply Will Include Model Schedule S-B Assurances For Additional Structural And Supporting Architectural Engineering;(D) Budget Costing; And(E) Value Engineering If Required To Suit Budget.Services Directly Engaged By City:(F) Environmental Hazmat Consultant’S Pre-Demolition Assessment Reporting.Addendaif The City Determines That An Amendment Is Required To This Rfp, The City Representative Will Issue A Written Addendum By Posting It On The Bc Bid Website At Www.Bcbid.Gov.Bc.Ca And The City Website At Www.Surrey.Ca (Collectively, The “Websites”), And Upon Posting, Any Addenda Will Form Part Of This Rfp.
