The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Design And Construction Of A Single-Story Sanitary And Social Building Using The Technology Of Prefabricated Modular Elements, Housing Two Players Locker Rooms, A Judges Locker Room, A Sanitary Section, A Cleaning Room And A Conference Room In The Design And Build Formula; 2) Obtaining All Necessary Materials To Complete The Subject Of The Order (E.G. Current Geodetic Map, Decisions, Conditions, Conditions For Securing Or Rebuilding Elements Of Technical Infrastructure Colliding With The Investment, If Necessary, Development Of Appropriate Design Documentation In This Regard And Performance Of Necessary Construction Works) Opinions, Arrangements Required By Law Law;3) Ensuring Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works.2. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454). .3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Shall Indicate The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence In The Functional Program 2) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-105 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Extent. 4) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Referred To In Art. 101 Section L Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-105 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Construction Object, Supply Or Service Meets The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
