The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Provision Of Feeding Services For Patients Of The Ostrzeszów Health Center B) Transport Of Meals In Thermal Insulating Thermos Flasks From The Contractors Kitchen To The Hospital Facility - The Location Will Be Indicated By The Contractor C) Collection Of Post-Consumer Waste D) Washing Dishes Such As: Gn, Thermal Insulating Thermos Flasks E) Providing Additional Meal In The Form Of A Second Dinner, Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of September 25, 2023. With The Subsequent Amendment Introduced (Project Of May 20, 2024) On The Pilot Program In The Field Of Nutritional Education And Improving The Quality Of Nutrition In Hospitals - A Good Meal In The Hospital. 2. Meals Will Be Prepared In The Contractors Kitchen. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annex To The Swz. The Second Dinner Is An Additional Meal Served Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of September 25, 2023. With The Subsequent Amendment Introduced (Project Of May 20, 2024) On The Pilot Program In The Field Of Nutritional Education And Improving The Quality Of Nutrition In Hospitals - A Good Meal In The Hospital. If The Program Is Completed, The Ordering Party Will Not Require The Provision Of A Meal As Part Of The Second Dinner, And The Contractor Will Not Receive Any Remuneration.
