The Subject Of The Public Order Is Construction Modifications Of A Two-Story Basketball Hall, Including A Change In Layout, Additions, Insulation, New Opening Fillings And An Overall Reduction In The Energy Demand Of Building No. 311 Ul. V Rája In Pardubice. Work Specification: Part Of The Construction Modifications Is The Demolition Of Some Extensions Protruding From The Main Volume Of The Building, Parts Of The Ceilings For New Internal Staircases And Non-Compliant Vertical Masonry Structures, Structures Of Light Outer Shell (Lop) And The Existing Insulation System. Partial Demolition Of The Layout Related To Changing The Function Of The Premises Will Be Carried Out. After The Demolition Of Parts Of The Extensions, Especially On The North And East Sides, New Cladding And Cladding Of The Building Will Be Carried Out, Unifying The Height And Integrity Of The Individual Facades Of The Hall. Following The New Cladding/Insulation Of The Building, All Window And Door Openings In The Building Envelope Will Also Be Replaced. Two-Storey Extensions Of Ceramic Blocks Will Be Built On The Reinforced Concrete Frame Around The Entire Perimeter Of The Hall, And The Steel Structure Of The Roof Is Also Placed On The Frame. In The Western Part Of The Hall There Will Be Storage Areas For The Sports Hall And A Second Staircase. A Large Part Of The Northern Tract Will Be Occupied By Technical Facilities. In The Central Part, There Is A Basketball Court With Retractable Stands For Spectators. It Will Be Possible To Exchange The Space Of The Stands For Two Training Fields. In The 2Nd Np, There Will Be A Hostel For Athletes In The Eastern Section, And Centralized Administration In The Southern Section. In The Western Beat, There Will Be A Gallery For Visitors Incl.
