The Services Will Be Defined In The Dce, Including: - Operation Of Production Works - Water Distribution Within The Delegated Perimeter - Operation, Monitoring, Upkeep, Maintenance - Renewal Of Rotating Equipment, Hydraulic Accessories, Electromechanical Equipment - Improvement Of Heritage Knowledge, Including Georeferencing In Class A Of New Pipes - Customer Management: Reception/Subscriber Relations, Non-Contentious Invoicing/Collection, Deployment And Maintenance Of A Remote Reading System - Transmission Of Data, Information And Advice Relating To The Operation Of The Service The Delegatee Will Collect The Revenue In The Name And On Behalf Of The Community, Then Will Be Paid. Penalties Will Be Imposed For Non-Compliance With Obligations. The Resumption Of Personnel Will Take Place In Accordance With The Regulations In Force.
