Providers are invited to tender for one, or both contract opportunities. The Council has an extensive property portfolio comprising over 1,000 unique assets spanning our entire city libraries, event centres, museums, community hubs and recreation facilities. Each holds a blend of common requirements and specific needs dictated by the buildings purpose or its occupants. Meanwhile, Te Toi Mahana manages an expansive portfolio of Community Housing assets, and is dedicated to providing safe, secure and affordable housing in Wellington, working with Mana Whenua to deliver quality housing for communities supporting the hauora of tenants, kaimahi and hapori whnau. The successful delivery of Facilities Maintenance Services is core to supporting Council and Te Toi Mahanas strategic objectives and providing resources, accommodation and services to Wellingtons residents and businesses. Our objective in this procurement isnt just about maintaining facilities; its about ensuring that they continue to serve our vibrant city and the communities that rely on them. The Council and Te Toi Mahana are eager to develop a trusted partnership with the chosen Provider(s), and we are seeking proposals from the market based on what you believe to be the optimal solution for delivering Facilities Maintenance Services for Wellington City Council and Te Toi Mahana.
