The contractor will provide manpower, spare parts, chemicals, equipment, and all other necessary consumable materials for the operation and maintenance of the three STPs over a period of two years. The contractor must adhere to all requisite Ministry protocols throughout the course of managing, operating, and maintaining the plants.
