The Ggd Flevoland Wishes To Enter Into An Agreement With One Contractor For The Work That Is Directly Or Indirectly Related To The Certification Of The (Annual) Documents, Namely: A) The Audit Of The Annual Accounts As Referred To In Article 197 Of The Municipalities Act, In Accordance With Article 213 Of The Municipalities Act, The Budget And Accountability Decree Of Provinces And Municipalities, The Municipal Audit Decree And The Currently Applicable Ggd Flevoland Audit Regulation; B) For Specific Responsibilities Of The Rav Department, The Audit Must Also Be In Accordance With The Audit Protocols Provided By The Dutch Healthcare Authority Or Its Legal Successors; C) The Issuance Of Other Separate Audit Reports Required In The Context Of Specific Benefits Or Specific Regulations (Sisa Accountability); D) Activities Arising From The Natural Advisory Function Of The Accountant Related To The Certification Function And Activities 1
