Biosolids Improvements Project consists of the construction of improvements to a water pollution control facility in accordance with the Bidding Documents heretofore prepared by GHD Inc. Improvements include the addition of a belt filter press, modifications to existing sludge tanks, addition of a blower, and associated piping and appurtenances. 430 calendar days will be allowed for contractor to achieve substantial completion and 490 calendar days to achieve final completion.
