4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In The Łopiennik Górny Commune (Stage Ii).4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure Within The Catchment Areas: P6-P7 And P10. Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System To The Extent Consistent With The Developed Construction And Technical Designs Includes: A) Surveying Services, B) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System, C) Construction Of Sewage Pumping Station Facilities With Power Supply, D) Removal Of Conflicts Between The Designed Facilities And The Existing Infrastructure, E) Earthworks And Drainage, F) Delivery And Assembly Of Materials And Equipment Necessary To Construct The Sanitary Sewage System, G) Delivery And Assembly Of Sewage Pipelines And Sewage Wells, H) Delivery And Assembly Of Complete Sewage Pumping Stations With Equipment, Automation And Control, I) Execution Power Supply Installation For The Sewage Pumping Station,J) Completion, Delivery And Assembly Of Technological Equipment,K) Delivery Of A Visualization, Automation And Control System For The Sewage Pumping Station Facilities,L) Finishing Works And Land Development,M) All Other Works Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With With The Construction Project. The Contractor Will Train The Employers Staff In The Field Of Operation, Operation And Health And Safety Of The Facilities That Are The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Commission The Sewage Pumping Station, Perform The Required Start-Up And Operational Tests And Examinations, And Prepare Documents Related To Putting The Constructed Facilities Into Use. The Contractor Will Provide A Set Of Equipment, Markings , Instructions Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Designed And Constructed Facilities.4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation (Note: The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure Within The P6-P7 And P10 Catchment Areas),2 ) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature.
