The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Award Of An Order For The Performance Of Construction Works On Some Rooms In Hospital Building No. 7A In Order To Adapt Them To Sanitary Requirements At The Clinical Hospital. Dr. J. Babiński Spzoz In Krakow.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Include, Among Others, The Following Scope Of Internal Construction And Installation Works: Demolition And Dismantling Works (Demolition Of Parts Of Partition Walls); General Construction Works (Painting Of Walls, Ceilings And Doors, Purchase And Installation Of Equipment /Bumpers, Corners, Etc./); Central Heating Installation Works (Partial Replacement Of Radiators And Valves); Electrical Installation Works (Replacement Of Electrical Equipment And Performance Of A Set Of Electrical Measurements In The Field Of Protection Against Electric Shock); Carrying Out Tests And Acceptances; Removal And Disposal Of Rubble, Wood And Glass; Cleaning Up The Area After The Work Has Been Completed; Restoring The Construction Site To Its Original Condition After Completion Of The Works.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Based On The Bill Of Quantities And The Employers Requirements Specified In This Swz, Including In Particular Those Specified In The Contract Template - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.4. Moreover, The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Best Knowledge And Experience And With The Utmost Care.
